How do I get a repeat prescription at Iwade Health Centre?

The easiest way to order repeat prescriptions is by downloading the NHS App. If you are not confident in doing this please pop into the practice and a member of staff will be able to assist with this.
Written requests for repeat prescriptions can be made using the external practice post box or prescription slips are available at the practice which when completed can be posted in the internal prescription box or handed to a member of staff.

Please note the practice does not accept repeat prescription requests via email.

How do I get a doctor's appointment at Iwade Health Centre?

You either need to use Anima (on the web), call at 8am on 01795 413100 or go in at 8am so Iwade Health Centre can organise for you.
Note if you do this you may miss on the day appointments where they are released at say 7am. Once Anima is at capacity you will have to wait until the next day.
If you are not registered with Anima recommend calling or popping in to find out the process.

How do I get a Nurse's appointment at Iwade Health Centre?
You can book through Iwade Health Centre, pop in or call them on 01795 413100

How do I get a hub appointment at Iwade Health Centre?
These are available on a Saturday all day. There is no set routine for when these appointments become available but you can ask the surgery. These are not just for Iwade Health Centre patients so there is higher demand.

Swale Volunteer Transport Scheme

Available to local residents aged 60+ or disabled who have difficulty in using public transport, there is a registration fee and thereafter an annual fee to help cover administration costs as the scheme is run by volunteers. Journeys are charged at a charge per mile with an additional £1 admin charge per journey and the driver will normally be happy to wait with you for a reasonable time. Swale Volunteer Transport Scheme exists to provide transport that enables you to attend essential appointments, including doctors, dentists and hospitals.

The Nature Park includes a 30 minutes Play Trail and 30 minutes Wildlife Walk, a Rubbing Plaque, Ponds and a Stream, an Orchard, Woodland and a Wildlife Play Sculpture, why not take a look for yourself. Note whilst the fields behind Woodpecker Park are currently fenced off the Nature Park is still a great walk with beautiful views of Grade I listed All Saints Church.
